Our artisanal caramel is made with butter, farmer cream from Laiterie Royala in St-Joseph de Beauce and salt from the St. Lawrence.
These premium ingredients give the caramel a smooth texture and a taste of authentic caramel.
We strongly suggest it as an accompaniment to pancakes, cupcakes or directly with a spoon.
