Whisky apple cream

Description

Remember the taste of Grandma’s cream sugar. Or her sugar pie. That is, if your grandmother came from the Quebec countryside or the working class neighborhoods of the big city. This is the basis of our caramel. We also put apples in it, like in an apple butter. It makes the caramel less sweet and more enjoyable.

Made from organic cane sugar, pure cream from Laiterie Royala in Saint-Joseph de Beauce, apples from the Laval Gagnon farm in Sainte-Famille de l’Île d’Orléans and Canadian whisky.
