Description
Our wildflower marmalade is inspired by the French cremaillotte made with dandelion flowers. The short season of this pretty yellow flower leads us to pick and take an interest in other seasonal pistils such as coltsfoot, clover flower or even lemon mint.
This delicate-tasting recipe is a great success at our Jambar during the summer and encourages us to offer it to you even late in the fall when the lemon mint is still beautiful and the clover continues to bloom.
