In our wizarding gardens on Île d’Orléans, it is said that we grow aromatic herbs, all raised by the breeze from the St. Lawrence River. We still had to find alliances of flavor between our berries and our magic herbs.
For a long time, we experimented to find the perfect combination to accompany fine cheeses, terrines, and other sweet and savory recipes. And one summer morning, we discovered it: wild blueberry jelly, enhanced with rosemary and fresh sage.
