Pear Vanilla Madagascar Cream

We did it. Our famous fresh cream fudge, made with ripe autumn pears. Fresh cream, very ripe pears and Madagascar vanilla. Simply divine.

Warm it for a few seconds in the microwave or a saucepan to make a drizzle for waffles, crêpes or cake, and you'll be rolling on the floor. And yes, you can also eat it by the spoonful during a Netflix binge, but it may be habit-forming.
