Our Cortado Coffee Caramel combines the deep sweetness of Tigidou caramel with the bold aroma of quality coffee. Rich, creamy and subtly caffeinated.

Carefully made and stirred by hand on Île d'Orléans, with hand-picked ingredients:

• Cane sugar and glucose
• Fresh cream and fresh butter
• Coffee from Sobab, Limoilou (Quebec)

The result: a smooth texture and an old-fashioned caramel taste lifted by a lingering touch of coffee, with no bitterness.
