Wild blueberries grow abundantly in northern Quebec, mostly farmed organically. Gently cooked with organic dark maple syrup from our Île d'Orléans, our wild blueberry maple jam has become a Quebec favourite at our stands. We're pretty proud of it.
Unfortunately, availability depends heavily on Mother Nature and climate change. Sometimes we just can't get any, because growers have to save their harvest for bigger buyers than us.
